Ep 3: Foundations, Formation, and the Missing Framework

In this episode, I want to address something that I believe is at the center of modern Christianity’s discipleship crisis is something we don’t talk about enough, and something that explains a lot of the frustration, fatigue, and shallow formation we see today. I want to talk about what the disciples knew that we do not.

Because what if one of the biggest problems in discipleship isn’t that people don’t care?

What if it isn’t that people are rebellious?

What if it isn’t even that people lack sincerity?

What if the real problem is that we have been trying to build discipleship without the framework the disciples had?

In other words: what if we’re attempting to produce mature disciples… with a model that would fail in any serious learning environment?

So if you’re hungry for depth… and you’re exhausted from religious performance… and you want to understand Jesus’ command the way the disciples understood it … this episode is for you.
